  • Strong Technical skills with IT Background will get extra benefit.

Responsibilities & Context:

Office timing will be either 10 AM to 7 PM or 11 AM to 8 PM

Job Location: Dhaka (Khilgaon)

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be responsible for delivering a top-level of service to inbound and outbound interactions across various channels. E.g. Telephone, email, Live Chat, social media, etc.

  • You will have to learn and do teamwork on an daily basis for new products and technologies.

  • Manage Large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

  • Face-to-Face Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, QC (Quality Control) of Customer Service, Counseling, Online (web/ e-mail) Support, Guest Relations/ Services

  • Face-to-Face Customer Support, Customer Support through Phone, Telemarketing, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Online (web/ e-mail) Support

  • Computer Hardware/Network Companies, E-commerce, Film Production, Professional Photographers, Web Media/Blog
