  • Effectively manage inbound and outbound customer communications through calls, emails, and chats to address inquiries, provide accurate information, and assist with product or service-related concerns.

  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues by troubleshooting problems and delivering timely, appropriate solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring effective resolutions that align with company standards.

  • Cultivate strong customer relationships by consistently delivering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service, contributing to customer loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Stay informed on company products, services, and promotions to provide customers with up-to-date and relevant information.

  • Proactively follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution, address any outstanding inquiries, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and seize opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services that meet customer needs and preferences.

  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, technical support, and operations, to resolve customer concerns and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Provide actionable feedback to management regarding customer issues, and recommend improvements to enhance customer service processes and policies.
