∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ Skills Required: COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE, Customer Service, Excellent communication skill, Information technology, Professionalism; Hardworking; Problem solving skills., Self-confident, verbal and written in English
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Consumer Goods, Sales & Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive would be :
∎ 1) Answer messages, calls, website leads professionally and to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
∎ 2) Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
∎ 3) Process orders, forms and applications.
∎ 4) Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
∎ 5) Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Has to know to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing. Has to be good in computer and related information technology.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 11000 - 13000 (Monthly)
∎ Remuneration will also include monthly Sales & turnover bonus.
