Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be familiar with relevant local laws and regulations;
∎ Be familiar with the working systems and processes of the customer service department, and be proficient in using computers, office software and business charging system;
∎ Be familiar with water price, service and other relevant policy documents;
∎ Be familiar with professional knowledge and standards such as water meter reading and service acceptance;
∎ Be familiar with water meter operation knowledge;
∎ Master the skills of dealing with customer disputes and disputes;
∎ Understand the financial knowledge related to water fee settlement;
∎ Showing service orientation;
∎ Have strong planning, organization, management and control ability;
∎ Be good at observation, summary, analysis, judgment and decision-making;
∎ Good negotiation, communication and coordination skills.

: Be responsible for the daily management of the customer service department;Establish and improve the customer service system and relevant management systems, processes and forms, and supervise the implementation;According to the company's annual business objectives, be responsible for formulating the annual and monthly work plans of the Department and supervising the implementation;Formulate meter reading tasks, control and manage meter reading quality;Be responsible for water fee collection;Be responsible for the construction and improvement of website, voice call center, intelligent meter reading, large-diameter water meters monitoring, SMS platform, network payment, company website and charging system.Organize and preside over regular department management meetings, reasonably arrange various work of the department, timely coordinate and solve various problems of the department and coordinate with relevant departments;Cooperate with the pipe network department in water meter replacement and illegal water treatment;Lead subordinates to carry out water quantity analysis and monitor the water quantity monitoring of key customers;Be responsible for personnel recruitment, interview and team building according to the company's medium and long-term development objectives, department structure and post setting;Be responsible for the business training of department employees, and continuously improve their working ability and service quality;Be responsible for department performance management and assess the performance of the copying supervisor, service acceptance supervisor and customer service system supervisor;Be responsible for handling major complaints, calls, letters and visits from users involved;Be responsible for communication with other departments of the company and relevant external units on behalf of the department;Organize subordinates to carry out external publicity of customer service;Complete the monthly work report, financial statement and KPI operation index statistical report of the customer service department;Complete the assessment objectives of monthly and annual production and marketing difference.Complete other related work assigned by leaders.
