Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
∎ Educational Qualifications:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
∎ Experience:
∎ Minimum 1-3 years experience in customer service or client management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
∎ Familiarity with travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus.
∎ Skills:
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.
∎ Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, visa requirements, and ticketing.
∎ Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide timely solutions.
∎ Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
∎ Ability to upsell travel packages and services.
∎ Fluent in English and [local language].
∎ Other Requirements:
∎ Passion for travel and customer service.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
∎ Willingness to work flexible hours during peak travel seasons.
