Job Context:
∎ International Telemarketing in USA Time (Our Night Time) & English only.
∎ Don`t Apply if you cannot work at Night Shift.
∎ Office Hours: Monday - Friday | 9:00PM to 6:00AM (NIGHT SHIFT) (hours can be 1 hour forward or backward depending on projects.)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of outbound calls to USA/Canada customers in a timely manner to sell our product or services.
∎ Find out the best solutions for the customer and provide service accordingly.
∎ Must be following communication "scripts" while dealing with customers.
∎ You must know how to negotiate with customers.
∎ You must follow the instructions given by the trainer.
∎ Should meet weekly sales target and be punctual at work.
∎ Keep records of all effective tasks in our call center database in an intelligible way.
∎ Meet individuals/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ You should be a good listener in order to be successful at work.
∎ We are gonna pass if you have BAD ENGLISH. This Job is all about communication skills patience & dedication.
∎ Educational background doesn't really matter as long as you speak GOOD ENGLISH.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 14000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Highly Skilled candidates can earn great bonus on top of salary.
Attendance Bonus 1000/- BDT
Transport Bonus 1000/- BDT
Dinner will be provided by office for exprienced sales agents and freshers will be provided after 3 months.
You will have a chance to earn extra bonus besides your sales commission.
