Responsibilities & Context:

Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, guardians, and prospective clients.
  • Handle inquiries (phone, email, in-person) regarding admissions, school policies, curriculum, and events.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective parents to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Follow up with interested parents/students and guide them through the admission process.

Admission Support

  • Assist the admission team in coordinating school tours, meetings, and admission interviews.
  • Maintain and update admission records and documentation efficiently.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new students.

Front Desk & Reception Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages and ensure they are directed to the right departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.

Record-Keeping & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on parent interactions, feedback trends, and communication outcomes.

Event Coordination & Support

  • Support in organizing parent-teacher meetings, orientations, school events, and communication campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for newsletters, announcements, and school promotions.

Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution

  • Address and resolve concerns raised by parents or guardians in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned authority and follow up to ensure resolution.
