Customer Relationship Officer (Full-time, Office Based)
Interview Location: Mehzin Head Office, Mirpur-10, Dhaka
Job Location: Darus Salam, Mirpur, Dhaka
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via Facebook/Instagram Inbox, Website, and Phone calls
Confirm online orders and manage booking payments
Communicate with customers over the phone (strong telecommunication skills required)
Submit daily reports to the Team Leader
Maintain professional online communication to improve customer experience
