Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

·         Welcome and assist customers arriving at the office in a warm and professional manner

·         Provide detailed explanations of product features, specifications and offers

·         Conduct Facebook Live sessions to promote product, services and ongoing promotions

·         Create engaging short videos for use on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram etc.

·         Follow up with potential and existing customers, seek feedback and ensure sales

·         Maintain customer records accurately

·         Assist in coordinating customer queries, complaints and after-sales service

·         Participate in promotional activities in coordination with sales and marketing teams

·         Ensure that the showroom is always kept neat and attractive

মূল দায়িত্ব:

• অফিসে আগত গ্রাহকদের উষ্ণ এবং পেশাদার পদ্ধতিতে স্বাগত জানানো এবং সহায়তা করা

• পণ্যের বৈশিষ্ট্য, স্পেসিফিকেশন এবং অফারগুলির বিস্তারিত ব্যাখ্যা প্রদান করা

• পণ্য, পরিষেবা এবং চলমান প্রচারণার প্রচারের জন্য ফেসবুক লাইভ সেশন পরিচালনা করা

• ফেসবুক, ইনস্টাগ্রাম ইত্যাদির মতো সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া প্ল্যাটফর্মে ব্যবহারের জন্য আকর্ষণীয় ছোট ভিডিও তৈরি করা।

সম্ভাব্য এবং বিদ্যমান গ্রাহকদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা, প্রতিক্রিয়া জানাতে এবং বিক্রয় নিশ্চিত করা

• গ্রাহকের রেকর্ড সঠিকভাবে বজায় রাখা

• গ্রাহকের প্রশ্ন, অভিযোগ এবং বিক্রয়োত্তর পরিষেবার সমন্বয়ে সহায়তা করা

• বিক্রয় এবং বিপণন দলের সাথে সমন্বয় করে প্রচারমূলক কার্যক্রমে অংশগ্রহণ করা

• শোরুমটি সর্বদা পরিষ্কার এবং আকর্ষণীয় রাখা নিশ্চিত করা
