Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor online platforms (Facebook page, groups, or website) to ensure a positive and respectful environment.
Review and approve posts, comments, and messages according to company/community guidelines.
Respond to user queries and complaints politely and professionally.
Report inappropriate or suspicious activities to the management team.
Maintain regular communication with the admin or content team.
Keep records of feedback, user reports, and moderation activities.
Assist in creating or scheduling posts when necessary.
Customer services/online marketing .
Manage customers for sell.
Response customers call politely.
