Responsibilities & Context:

- Monitor and supervise the CRM team full-time

- Ensure proper and timely responses across all social media platforms

- Delegate and distribute work efficiently within the CRM team

- Track website orders and coordinate updates

- Collaborate with other departments to support e-commerce sales growth

- Ensure excellent customer service and issue resolution

- Build, train, and develop the CRM team for performance improvement

- Prepare daily reports and monitor target achievement

- Handle customer-centric problem solving

- Communicate with delivery vendors

- Prepare complaint/return lists

- Manage processing and hold order clearances

- Resolve pending issues of CRM executives

- Support CRM strategy formulation and implementation

- Provide input on sales incentives and KPIs for target monitoring
