Responsibilities & Context:

Please do not apply if you do not have interior and architecture or sales experience in real estate companies, Good level proficiency in English-Bangla pronunciation is required.We are looking for a Professional and Expert CRM Executive for Real Estate Solution based Company, who has been successfully working in Interior Company or Real Estate Housing Related Company.   • Answer incoming calls from patients and provide assistance with scheduling appointments, inquiries, and general information.

  • Respond to Client inquiries via email, chat, or social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist with outbound calls to clients for appointment reminders, follow-up care, and client satisfaction surveys.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions in the company`s database.

  • Participate in training sessions to develop communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

  • Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
