Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
∎ To help the Customer enthusiastically in the process of locating the merchandise and suitably recommending as per his needs and profile.
∎ To describe the features of the product and its utility, energetically and thus help the Customer to make a buying decision and also suggest add-on products.
∎ Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, enhance profitability and meet targets.
∎ Assist Sales team with database management liaison with Head office and provide information.
