∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Previous Experience in INTERNATIONAL CALL CENTER is Strongly Preferable.
∎ However, Freshers are also encouraged to apply if & only you are very good & strong in English Communications.
∎ Experience in Hotel Booking, Travel, & Tourism will get extra preference.
∎ Operation Time 1 PM to 5 AM (Roster Basis)
∎ Shift Hour: 9 Hours
∎ Weekly Holiday: 2 Day-off (Roster Basis)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle each & every customer/client with care and sincerity.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective communication skill.
∎ Guest Service/ Telesales / Telemarketing / Appointment settings for UK Nationalities over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction.
∎ Manage Inbound/outbound calls & Chat Service to Customers in UK in a timely manner.
∎ Follow communication "SOP" when handling different topics.
∎ 9 hours daily Shift Time. Extra Hours will be count as Over Time.
∎ Should have good convincing skill and excellent sales skill.
∎ Should be able to collate & maintain client database.
∎ Day to day planning and report management ability.
∎ Should have self-supervision skill and performance management skill.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 32 years
∎ Candidates with training/experience in the field of Customer Service/ Call Center will be given preference.
∎ Applicants must have a good knowledge of English and an eye for detail, as you will have to communicate with our clients via live chat, email & live calls.
∎ Self-motivated and willing to work within the SHIFT TIME with consistency.
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining teams.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 - 18000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive Sales Incentive
