Ensure consistent sales flow of Fresh Welding Electrode & Wire by generating sales orders through visits to dealers, workshops, and retail consumers according to the market visit plan.
Introduce prospective customers to the business and its facilities, aiming to expand the customer base.
Address product-related issues and uphold after-sales services in alignment with company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Achieve sales targets following set requirements to contribute to the company’s overall growth and success.
Ensure timely collection of credits from the market, optimizing financial transactions.
Cultivate and nurture both new and existing consumer relationships, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship.
Collect market data to provide insights into competitor sales volume, market positioning, and strategies, enabling informed business decisions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & collection reports and submit them to the immediate supervisor.
