Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure consistent sales flow of 'Fresh Welding Electrode' by generating sales orders through visits to dealers, workshops, and retail consumers according to the market visit plan.
∎ Introduce prospective customers to the business and its facilities, aiming to expand the customer base.
∎ Address product-related issues and uphold after-sales services in alignment with company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Achieve sales targets in accordance with set requirements to contribute to the company's overall growth and success.
∎ Ensure timely collection of credits from the market, optimizing financial transactions.
∎ Cultivate and nurture both new and existing consumer relationships, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship.
∎ Collect market data to provide insights into competitor sales volume, market positioning, and strategies, enabling informed business decisions.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection reports to the immediate supervisor, supporting transparent communication and performance evaluation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Sales experience in Welding Electrode is preferable.
∎ Communication skills and Physical endurance.
∎ Interpersonal skill to work with a wide variety of people every day.
