Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support CPMs of large accounts whose SOW and GP has grown significantly and requires further bandwidth. Manage/Oversee the daily operations and service delivery for the Customers and drive performance through out the region. Support projects for the Customer or CPM team as required.
∎ 1) The Program Specialist need to support CPM in driving service delivery towards customer expectation through customer service organizations in the areas/countries.
∎ 2) The Program Specialist provides oversight of the operational performance and guidance on improvements.
∎ 3) The Program Specialist shall collaborate and support other members of the global account team to assure desired performance and service level.
∎ 4) Data analysis on volume trend, KPI and SLA’s and GP or revenue leakages.
∎ 5) Closely collaborating with CX teams on areas of improvement towards SLA/KPIs.
∎ 6) Work closely with CPM and CX team to continually drive Customer Centric approach and continual improvement of our customer's journey.
∎ 7) Support CPM on implementing initiatives and projects.
∎ 8) Build relationship with clients main stakeholders.
