∎ Develop and execute strategies to improve customer retention and engagement.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exclusive rewards and personalized experiences.
∎ Analyze program performance, optimize processes, and ensure ROI.
∎ Oversee automated workflows for tier upgrades, rewards delivery, and customer communications.
