Job Type: Office Based (Onsite)
Office Time (Shifts):
8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
Weekend: Friday
Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer support through phone calls and messages.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions.
Act as social media moderator – reply to comments/inbox queries.
Maintain customer communication records.
Assist in day-to-day support tasks related to customer service.
