Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Engineer will be recruited for POS Support Team, Technical Support Dept.
∎ The POS Technician should support POS software, hardware development cycle to include requirement based analysis. They are involved in troubleshooting and deployment of POS software for the clients.
∎ Provide field service for customers 24x7, handle and process customer complaints on our provided terminal.
∎ Ensure faster resolution of client queries, technical analysis of clients' requirements & response to the client on time regarding software enhancement fixes & disputes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 3 years of commitment with the company.
∎ Outgoing & proactive personality, strong teamwork spirit & good interpersonal communication skills. Hardworking, possess' dedication towards responsibilities.
∎ Experience in configuration, installation, training and support of hardware or software products.
∎ Willing to work extra time as and when required and Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
