Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Engineer will be recruited for ATM/CRM/RCDM/CDM/CARD PERSO/CASH SORTER/POS Support Team, Technical Support Dept.
∎ Installation and set-up of ATM/CRM/RCDM/CDM/CARD PERSO/CASH SORTER/POS, Problem Identification, Diagnoses, and Resolution with software and hardware.
∎ Provide field service for customers 24x7, handle and process customer complaints on our provided terminal.
∎ Ensure faster resolution of client queries, technical analysis of clients' requirements & response to the client on time regarding software enhancement fixes & disputes.
∎ Periodic (Preventive Maintenance) on ATM/CRM and Different Products.

∎ Age at most 30 years
