Responsibilities & Context:

As a Sales Support and Technical Assistant at RoboticsBD, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing our service quality. Your responsibilities will include:

Technical Support:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, addressing their queries and providing optimal solutions.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and guide them through product usage.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Actively engage with new customers to establish and maintain long-term relationships while retaining existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our products.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
  • Regularly update customer profiles and transaction details in our database.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct weekly or monthly quality checks of assigned product categories to ensure error-free content is displayed on our website.
  • Collaborate with the content team to rectify discrepancies and improve product listings.

Research and Development:

  • Engage in R&D-based work and projects to support product development and innovation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in robotics and electronics.

Product Production Assistance:

  • Assist in product production processes while having an extensive knowledge of over 3000+ robotics and electronics items available in our inventory, including their names, categories, and functions.
