Good verbal & written communication.
Keep communication with customers through physical visit, telephone or emails.
Explain product features, characteristics and quality to the customers.
Keep record of daily sales and prepare relevant report for Sales Team .
Ensure highest level of customer care through customer service.
Others- as per business need.
