Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage and maintain customer relationships
- Communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp, Facebook and other channels
- Follow up with customers and resolve their issues
- Maintain customer information, notes and follow-up records in the CRM
- Identify inactive customers and take initiatives to re-engage them
- Build strong customer relationships and improve customer retention
- Coordinate with sales, support and operations teams
- Maintain regular customer follow-up and activity records
- Use AI tools to improve productivity, communication and daily workflow
- Perform other CRM-related tasks assigned by management
