Credit Collection Department, Credit Control And Recovery, Credit Sales, Recievable Department
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Credit Rating Agency, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact customers to follow up on overdue payments and outstanding balances
∎ Review and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and determine the best course of action for collections
∎ Resolve billing and payment discrepancies with customers and internal teams
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information
∎ Work collaboratively with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely payment
∎ Escalate delinquent accounts to management as necessary
∎ Provide regular reports on collections progress and outstanding balances
∎ Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions
∎ To gather collection and overdue status of all credit files
∎ To make physical visit of those critical customers anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ To communicate with clients regarding outstanding information
∎ Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections
∎ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
∎ Excellent customer service skills
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
∎ Knowledge of collection laws and regulations a plus
∎ Must be smart and healthy, Minimum height 5 feet 9 Inch and ability to learn quickly also work under pressure
