Job Responsibilities

• Design brochures, flyers, banners, billboards, and other promotional materials for real estate projects.

• Develop branding elements such as project logos, typography, and color palettes.

• Design engaging social media graphics, ads, and videos for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Edit and enhance real estate photography for digital and print promotions.

• Create and edit promotional videos including property showcases, testimonials, and highlight reels.

• Develop motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams to align visuals with project goals.

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print platforms.

• Manage multiple design projects, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the real estate industry.
