Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree with experience in community mobilization work in line
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct baseline survey at the beginning of the project
∎ Mobilize the community people on child protection and gender based violence
∎ Supervise, support and monitor activities of Community Volunteers and ensure implementation of project activities
∎ Develop materials for facilitating various meeting, seminar, training etc.
∎ Organize and Facilitate of various meeting/seminar, workshop at local and UP level.
∎ To support and assist the Upazila Manager, Monitoring & Documentation Officer
∎ Assist to Prepare Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Have sound knowledge and experience of Right Based Approach (RBA), advocacy, Child Protection, Gender and convention on the rights of the children.
∎ To cooperate with the events organized
∎ Have experience to mobilize the community based committee sand communities.
∎ Note: In case of candidates with more experience; age and educational qualification would be relaxed. Female candidate are equally encourage to apply.
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 15000 (Monthly)
