Lead and manage daily operations of the Bangladesh office, including team supervision, workflow coordination, and administration.
Oversee company accounts, monitor daily financial transactions, and maintain accurate records for reporting and audits.
Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure a productive and positive work environment for employees.
Collaborate closely with our Chinese team to resolve production, shipment, and sourcing matters.
Coordinate with freight forwarders for smooth imports, shipment handling, and customs clearance.
Research and analyze the Bangladeshi market to identify fashion accessory trends and place orders with Chinese Teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers to understand their needs and provide effective product solutions.
Lead product selection and procurement based on market demand and seasonal trends.
Prepare monthly sales, expense, and operational reports for management.
Provide after-sales support, resolve client issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
