∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven track record with very good business contract in Bangladesh and as well as overseas.
∎ The persons will be in charge of a team over 120 peoples and should have very strong leadership qualities.
∎ He or she will be directly reporting to the board of directors and will be fully responsible for the entire operation.
∎ Having knowledge of Merchandising, Production, production Management, Buyer's compliance, Cost control and managing a large work force.
∎ Be an excellent communicator.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The successful candidate will have 15 plus years in Senior Management.
∎ At least 10 years as General Manager or CEO
∎ Be an excellent communicator.

Salary: Negotiable
