Role Purpose
The Country Finance Manager will lead the finance function of MEDLOG Bangladesh, ensuring strong financial governance, compliance, reporting accuracy, business performance management, and strategic support to country leadership. The role requires balancing local statutory requirements with MEDLOG Group policies, international accounting standards, and multinational reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance activities for MEDLOG Bangladesh.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance analysis.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with Group and local requirements.
Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and financial controls.
Partner with business leaders on commercial decisions, investments, and growth initiatives.
Support audits, regulatory compliance, and risk management activities.
