Job Context:
∎ Zabai provides high-quality education for young people in developing countries. The education is provided through e-learning, video lessons and blended learning, and it is distributed from a platform specifically created for developing countries. Our focus is on creating measurable results; therefore, all our projects have clearly defined effect goals. We use innovative techniques and tools that reach large target groups, and that speaks to the heart as well as to the mind. We deliver solutions for all platforms, such as desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
∎ Zabai is currently a team of 20 persons working out of Oslo, Norway and Yangon, Myanmar. We are now in the process of establishing Zabai Bangladesh and have started the recruiting process in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Country Manager will have the day-to-day responsibility of our operations in Bangladesh. He or she will lead a team consisting of manuscript writers, graphical designers, programmers, and project managers. Duties and responsibilities include:
∎ Lead and motivate the organisation in Dhaka.
∎ Participate in the recruiting of new employees.
∎ Sales- and marketing activities.
∎ Project Management and actively participate in projects.
∎ Administrative tasks.
