Job Responsibilities:
∎ Objectives of this role:
∎ Manage e-learning development projects from scratch according to client's specifications and feedback.
∎ Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
∎ Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing concept notes, project proposals, meeting minutes, and draft script for the specific project assigned.
∎ Writing and designing scripts for the given project with the approval of the clients.
∎ Meeting with clients to get their requirements for developing the e- learning modules and provide quick feedback with appropriate solutions.
∎ Help produce design materials and animations by collaborating with the production and IT team.
∎ Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
∎ Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
∎ Report and escalate to management as needed.
∎ Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ University degree in a relevant field of study.
∎ 3-4 Years of relevant experience sector. (preferably in Ed tech Industry)
∎ Knowledge in e- learning authoring tools.
∎ Knowledge in producing graphics and animation and associated tools.
∎ Experience in writing scripts and proposals mainly in e-learning field.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Hard-working, structured, well organized, and self-driven.
∎ Experience and interest in information technology and education.
