∎ Minimum graduate from a reputed College.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attentively listening to client concerns and show empathy. Helping clients towards a deeper understanding of their concerns;
∎ Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients;
∎ Encouraging clients to talk about issues they feel they cannot normally share with others.
∎ Non-judgmental & accepting without bias the issues raised by clients;
∎ Keep records and prepare report and submit to Clinic Manager.
∎ Carry out other duties as assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 01 year of experience in a health care facility
∎ Previous experience in working in the char or islands areas and knowledge of local languages will be a definite advantage.
∎ Should have to stay at Mongla.
∎ Should have the capability of inter personal communication skills.
∎ Strong client orientation and service approach with personal commitment.
∎ Having good computer skills on - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using internet.
∎
