Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To consult with the students and guardians direct /over the phone/ virtually.
∎ Assist in administering and executing official activities.
∎ Creating and managing customers, maintain visitors database and regular follow - up with them.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face.
∎ Host seminars with prospective students regarding our promotions and services.
∎ Receive and reply to emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and CRM records.
∎ Job Context
∎ We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working, self -motivate carrier-oriented counselor who has a good command of English and good communication skills.
