They, not only provide personalized counseling to every single client specific to their overall profile, qualifications and preferences but also supports their clients with choosing the right institution, submitting the applications, documentation and study permit application submission as well.
∎ Osprey is hunting for a new budding champion to join their team and you can be the one!
∎ You should have a strong grasp of current international university admission process and up to date Study Permit guidelines. This candidate will have previous work experience of at least 1.5 years and be able to handle all applications for all destinations, specially Canada, USA, UK & Australia.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess students' interests, strengths, and goals to recommend suitable educational options.
∎ Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students to address their academic, personal, and emotional needs.
∎ Listen actively and empathetically to students' concerns, challenges, and goals.
∎ Help students set realistic academic goals and develop personalized academic plans.
∎ Provide information on course selection, curriculum requirements, and educational pathways.
∎ Monitor students' academic progress and offer guidance on study skills, time management, and exam preparation.
∎ Maintain regular communication with students and their families to address their concerns, answer queries, and provide updates.
∎ Offer support and guidance during the transition to the chosen educational institution.
∎ Follow up with students to ensure their satisfaction and success in their chosen academic program.
∎ Assist students in researching and selecting colleges, universities, or educational institutions that align with their academic and career aspirations.
∎ Provide information on admission requirements, application processes, and deadlines.
∎ Support students in preparing and organizing application materials, including resumes, personal statements, and letters of recommendation.
∎ Coordinate with educational institutions to submit applications and track their progress.
∎ Guide students on proper documentation required for Study Permit Application and collect them from students.
∎ Assist Processing team from time to time with Study Permit submissions during peak time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Office Shift: 10 AM - 06:30 PM
∎ Weekend: Friday
∎ 03 months probation period
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Bangla).
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary: Negotiable
