• Age 25 to 40 years

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in processing Canadian visitor and student visas, as well as visas for at least one Schengen country and USA.

• Experience working with a recognized immigration consultancy or education consultancy firm.

• Ability to build strong relationships with students and visitors both over the phone and face-to-face.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• Experience and sound knowledge of university admissions and visa processing.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word and Excel).

• Offer expert guidance to clients on applying for student and tourist visas for Canada, Europe and USA.

• Communicate with clients, embassies, and other stakeholders to address queries and follow up on applications.

• Assess clients` eligibility based on visa requirements.

• Conduct counselling sessions with prospective students to help them choose suitable study programs and institutions abroad.

• Organize and participate in information sessions, events, and seminars to promote services.

• Maintain records of client interactions and ensure data confidentiality.

• Deliver high customer service standards, engage in proactive sales, cross-sales, and follow-ups to convert leads.
