Job Responsibilities:
∎ Consultation: Meeting with students and their parents to understand their educational goals, preferences, and aspirations, and providing them with information about available study abroad options, institutions, and courses.
∎ Visa Information: Educating students about the visa application process, including the required documentation, application forms, fees, and timelines for different countries.
∎ Eligibility Assessment: Evaluating students' academic backgrounds, language proficiency, financial capability, and other factors to determine their eligibility for various study programs and visa options.
∎ Application Assistance: Assisting students in preparing and completing their visa application forms accurately, helping them gather necessary documents such as transcripts, financial statements, letters of recommendation, and other required paperwork.
∎ Documentation Review: Thoroughly reviewing students' application documents to ensure they meet the specific requirements of the chosen study destination and institution.
∎ Interview Preparation: Conducting mock interviews to prepare students for visa interviews at embassies or consulates, helping them understand the types of questions they might be asked and how to respond confidently.
∎ Communication: Maintaining regular communication with students and their parents to address any queries or concerns they may have about the visa application process, travel, accommodation, and other related matters.

∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
