∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ 1 to 3 years of experience in education counseling, student recruitment, or education marketing.
∎ Experience in immigration/visa processing or education consultancy services is preferred especially in Europe, UK, Australia, USA.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
∎ Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply!
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to guide students effectively and handle queries professionally.
∎ Sales-oriented mindset with proactive lead follow-up abilities.
∎ Familiarity with university admission processes and visa application procedures.
∎ Cultural sensitivity and the ability to support students from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide high-quality counseling services to prospective students and their families regarding international education, visa requirements, and immigration processes.
∎ Proactively engage in lead generation, sales, cross-sales, and follow-ups to meet enrollment targets.
∎ Draft Statements of Purpose (SOPs) for university applications as needed.
∎ Stay updated on global education trends, visa policies, and cultural adaptation techniques.
∎ Maintain updated accurate and confidential student records, including progress reports, counseling notes, academic plans, and student applications.
∎ Assist students with application procedures and keep them informed about admission decisions.
∎ Organize and participate in educational fairs, promotional events, and exhibitions.
∎ Provide excellent after-sales support to encourage student referrals.
∎ Develop strong relationships with students, parents, institutional partners, and visa offices.
∎ Support university representatives during office visits, seminars, and interviews.
∎ Actively participate in team meetings and professional training programs.
