Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct comprehensive analyses of production costs for various product items, encompassing the evaluation of raw materials, labor, energy, and overhead expenditures.
∎ Develop and sustain precise cost models tailored to the production processes of product items to ensure accurate estimation and projection of production costs.
∎ Investigate and furnish detailed reports on cost variances, pinpointing their underlying causes, and proffering recommendations for remedial actions.
∎ Create routine reports and presentations that consolidate cost-related data and insights for the benefit of senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate effectively with production, procurement, and engineering teams to discern avenues for cost reduction, process refinement, and overall operational efficiency enhancements.
∎ Evaluate the profitability of diverse product item lines, meticulously analyze pricing strategies, and offer strategic guidance on margin optimization.
∎ Oversee and scrutinize inventory costs, ensuring meticulous valuation practices and the implementation of rigorous controls.
∎ Maintain the highest standards of data accuracy by ensuring that cost-related information in the company's systems and databases remains current and precise.
∎ Assiduously ensure compliance with pertinent industry regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies governing cost accounting practices.
