Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Walton group is seeking for a smart, enthusiastic professional with solid work experience in Tender and project management with a sound and in-depth knowledge in Tender Submission process, Tender Clarifications, E-Tender Security Submission process. The ability to priorities workload is a pre-requisite for the role.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check various govt. and non govt. Tender Search (Mainly Lift product) systems daily and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes.
∎ Ability to complete the e-GP Tender Security Submission process (Fill MAP in e-GP etc.)
∎ Actively participate in e-GP Review Panel.
∎ Take part in e-GP contract signing processes.
∎ Handling of Non- Responsive Evaluation Criteria of a Tender.
∎ Dealing with e-GP Mandatory Qualification Criterion.
∎ Participate and complete the Partner in deeds successfully.
∎ Actively participate in Govt. sector's Tenders.
∎ Participate in all types of tenders like OTM-Two Envelope, One Envelope, DPM, LTM, CPTU processes.
∎ Conduct pro-active Site Survey of tenders to gather sufficient information from clients, futuristic, advantages/disadvantages of tender sites which might not be covered in tenders.
∎ Take part in Pre-bid meetings and techno commercial meeting with clients by collaborating top managements.
∎ Complete the Tender Billing Methods effectively and efficiently.
∎ Sound knowledge in Bank interests' rate.
∎ In depth knowledge about BG/ PG margins, Interest Reductions, L/C, Custom's Dealings including VAT, Tax, ATP, AIT, AIT, IT, CD, CNF Dealings etc.
∎ Contribution in costing and pricing evaluation like BOQ/Estimate etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues and all company departments.
∎ Must have 2 years solid job experience in the tender department.
∎ Strong Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and stress.
∎ The applicants should have experiences in Engineering firms, Group of Companies.
∎ The applicants should have sound knowledge on e-GP.
∎ High Computer literacy with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel with a reasonable typing speed.
∎ Should have ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
