Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Engineering/BBA in any subject form any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure monthly sales targets allocated by the management (Lift & Electrical Appliance).
∎ Monitoring and directing of daily activities to concern CSE (Corporate Sales Executive).
∎ Conduct surveys and hunt for potential corporate leads for business opportunities.
∎ Attending corporate meetings with CSE as per KPI.
∎ Motivate and guide concern teams to improve performance and achieve target.
∎ Monitoring the activities of CSE to assess performance and productivity.
∎ Preparing Daily Activities Report of CSE and report to HOD.
∎ Ensure all sales data upload, reporting and monitoring of concern CSE.
∎ Fulfilling daily and monthly KPI set by the management.
∎ Prepare and submit to management monthly sales forecast.
∎ Execute other official task, assigned by the department head time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues and all company departments.
∎ Must have 2 years solid job experience in the tender department.
∎ Strong Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and stress.
∎ The applicants should have experiences in Engineering firms.
∎ The applicants should have sound knowledge on e-GP.
∎ High Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
∎ Should have ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
