Our portfolio includes popular smart brands such as TECNO, itel, Infinix etc. With an aim to strengthening the sales and distribution channel company is now looking for Corporate Sales Manager for its brand TECNO, who could play pivotal role to achieve business growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients, building long-term B2B relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that maximize revenue, client satisfaction, and market presence.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate and B2B sales targets.
Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients across diverse industries.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to corporate clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with corporate customers to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, supply chain) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential corporate accounts and ensure timely follow-up.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to adapt sales strategies.
Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and achievements to senior management.
Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop partnerships, alliances, and networking opportunities to expand the corporate client base.
Train and mentor sales executives under corporate sales to improve performance and client management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all sales dealings.
