Job Responsibilities: A Sales and Marketing Executive is required to develop marketing and sales strategies, maintain customer relationships, and create sales reports for Construction Chemicals products. Applicants must possess a strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends.Analyze competitor products and strategies to position our Construction chemicals products effectively.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Sales Target Achieve : As a Sales Representative ,meeting the monthly sales target is a crucial object.
Clint Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and new clients.Identify and engage with new clients through effective communication and presentations.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in our products.Clearly articulate product features and benefits to potential clients.
Marketing Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns.Utilize digital marketing channels and traditional methods to reach the target audience.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.Address client concerns and objections effectively.
Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable customer feedback.Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and foster a collaborative environment.
