∎ BBA/B.Sc in Engineering in any subject form any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales and Marketing, Lift Sales, Substation and Other Electrical Items Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Electric Wire/Cable, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure monthly sales targets allocated by the management (Lift & Electrical Appliance).
∎ Conduct surveys and research to gather information regarding market trends, potential leads, and sales opportunities.
∎ Visit clients and arrange meetings with CSM to discuss product details and business opportunities.
∎ Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate product that meet their specifications.
∎ Calling and emailing to corporate customers for marketing, appointment and sales purpose regularly.
∎ Organize meeting to discuss sales activities and peruse for sales target achievement.
∎ Reporting the work status to CSM Regularly.
∎ Fulfilling daily and monthly KPI set by the management.
∎ Execute other official task, assigned by the department head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh & travel frequently
∎ Physically fit, energetic and able to work under pressure
∎ Smart and having decent personality
∎ Problem solving aptitude
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills
∎ Able to take challenges
∎ Excellent sales and negotiation skills
∎ Well-spoken quality
∎ Good computer operating skills
