Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good understanding of E-tender Document and E-tender process management
∎ Preparing and submitting Tender documents, Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Proposal (RFP) and tender related all documents
∎ Expert In Medical /Surgical/MRS Equipment marketing
∎ Actively participate in the tenders and bidding processes
∎ Supporting all the team mates of the tender / business development department
∎ Collate and ensure proper documentation within the tendering and bidding process
∎ Perform documentation management system (storing in an understandable way, maintaining safety and presenting documents as demanded)
∎ Any other task as and when required.
∎ Provides support to management during the pre-tender process starting from evaluating, assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions, and estimating all the required material, equipment, and manpower needs to be able to arrive at reliable cost estimates for bidding projects.
∎ An experienced Document Specialist- Skilled in preparing tender documentation
∎ Prepared to frequent travel anywhere in Bangladesh
