Job Overview

Dhali Infrastructure Limited a leading real estate developer in Bangladesh, is looking for proactive, energetic, and target-driven individuals for the position of Sales & Marketing Executive (flats/apartments sale). The role demands strong sales acumen, client engagement capability, and the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets in a competitive market—aligned with industry leaders like Shanta Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets

• Generate qualified leads through direct marketing, digital campaigns, and networking

• Conduct project presentations, client meetings, and site visits

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Provide professional consultation to clients regarding property investment

• Follow up with leads and ensure conversion into sales

• Maintain updated sales records, reports, and CRM data

• Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, customer service, legal) for smooth transaction processing

Job Nature & Conditions

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant discipline

• Candidates from the following universities will be given preference:

  • Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB)

  • East West University

  • Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP)

Experience Requirements

• 1–7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Real Estate preferred)

• Fresh graduates with strong academic background in Marketing are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends in Bangladesh

• Proficiency in MS Office; digital marketing skills will be an advantage
