Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Estimation, Costing & time schedule Making for big Construction work.
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in according with project budget.
∎ Construction, quality control, preparation of bills, handling of sub-contractors.
∎ To look after overall Project development activities of constructions.
∎ Monitoring and supervising day-to-day construction work on projects.
∎ Making a plan to complete the job in the scheduled time.
∎ Drawing and Maintaining official documents.
∎ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Auto CAD 2D, 3D, Internet Browsing, and Communicating with email.
∎ Structural Design making with Auto CAD, and Rivet Architect software.
∎ Checking of work volume and bills submitted by different contractors.
∎ Regularly communicate with management regarding work progress.
∎ Follow-up on all Civil works.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Need to travel frequently & visit various locations in & outside of Dhaka for construction work.
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), Jolshiri (Jolshiri Enlisted),RAJUK building standards, and other pertinent regulations.
