Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Architectural Leadership: Oversee the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with Company vision of creating luxurious and sustainable living spaces.
∎ Design Review: Create Design.Evaluate architectural and engineering plans to ensure compliance with relevant codes, laws, and regulations.
∎ Communication: Maintaining clear and regular communication with consultants to ensure that design goals, timelines, and project requirements are aligned.
∎ Documentation: Sharing and reviewing architectural plans, blueprints, and other documentation.
∎ Feedback: Providing feedback on designs or proposals with consultants so that they can meet the project's vision and standards.
∎ Problem-Solving: Addressing challenges or changes that arise during the project, such as material shortages, design adjustments, or client requirements.
∎ Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their design requirements and provide expert guidance on modifications and improvements.
∎ Technology Evaluation: Oversee the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technologies, ensuring they meet organizational standards and strategic direction.
∎ Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced software tools such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3Ds Max, and others to create detailed architectural designs and visualizations.
∎ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), Jolshiri (Jolshiri Enlisted),RAJUK building standards, and other pertinent regulations.
∎ Mentorship: Mentor and guide architects within the organization, promoting best practices in architecture design and implementation.
