Educational Requirements:

∎ BSc in Civil/Environmental Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the process of developing urban/city sanitation planning for faecal sludge and solid waste management in line with City Wide Inclusive Sanitation (CWIS) approach at multiple municipalities
∎ Facilitate the process and formalities involving scaling up of digital utility services in several municipalities
∎ Coordinate between different project teams on common components related to urban sanitation planning and digital utility services
∎ As the unit focal for urban sanitation planning and digital utility services maintain regular collaboration with municipal authorities, mobile telecommunications service operators, software companies and other relevant parties
∎ Coordinate with project implementation team, technical teams and other internal units for smooth implementation of activities
∎ Development of the training packages based on the training need assessment of different groups of stakeholders
∎ Facilitate the optimum utilization of Faecal Sludge Management (FSM) toolbox for monitoring and measuring progress across the municipalities
∎ Engage qualified enumerators, train them on quantitative and qualitative data collection and quality control for the assignment and how to incorporate the collected data in FSM Toolbox
∎ Administer data collection in the study areas that includes supervision, cross validation, quality control and data transcription
∎ Develop periodic narrative and financial reports against CWIS plan implementation and FSM equipment commercialization
∎ Develop communication materials, brochures and other relevant products on CWIS for popularizing the project interventions among different stakeholders
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 Years of full-time working experience in relevant sector;
∎ Excellent conceptualisation, communication, facilitation, reporting and presentation skill
∎ Ability to work independently and/or in a multi-cultural team and meeting deadlines;
∎ Fluency in English language and proficiency in computer application
∎ Good English writing, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Good ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team.
∎ Willing and able to travel independently outside station.
Salary: Tk. 90000 - 97000 (Monthly)
