∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ The candidates must have sound knowledge and skill in IT.
∎ The candidates have education backdown on medicine will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Prepare monthly visit plan for all PIU staff and place it for approval of CC. H/She will review and compile all visit reports submitted/ sent to CC;
∎ 2. Closely monitor the training programs from selecting trainees, enrollment, certification and job placement and retention up to three months;
∎ 3. Prepare monitor report highlighting all activities and submit monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports to the CC for onward sending to SDCMU;
∎ 4. Participate actively in monitoring meetings organized by SDCMU-SEIP and provide all the required documents to SDCMU-SEIP within the stipulated time;
∎ 5. Take steps to ensure proper use of training curricula, implementation of the training plan, design;
∎ 6. Develop training programs and ensure organizing training courses and monitor the quality of the training courses;
∎ 7. Take initiatives to assess the needs, and to identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed during the training course;
∎ 8. Take initiatives to design, prepare, revise training materials including training modules and maintain updated curriculum database, training records, and monitoring tools;
∎ 9. Take necessary measures for assessment of the trainees by the competent external and qualified assessors;
∎ 10. Supervise the works done by Assistant Coordinator (Training, Monitoring, and Assessment);
∎ 11. Develop periodic progress reports on the training implementation and submit them to the Chief Coordinator;
∎ 12. Support the CC in maintaining liaison with BNMC, BTEB, hospitals, medical colleges, nursing institute, and other relevant external stakeholders;
∎ 13. Arrange and facilitate periodic monitoring visits by BNMC, BTEB, NSDA, Informal Sector Skills Councils as and when required;
∎ 14. Arrange and facilitate final exams of the Specialized Nursing courses to be conducted by BNMC;
∎ 15. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Chief Coordinator.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
